City of Rowlett parks have pavilions available for rent any day of the week. Reservations are available during park hours of dawn to dusk. Reservations may be made up to nine months in advance. Pavilions can be reserved for the full-day (8:00 am to 9:00 pm) or for half-day time blocks (8:00 am to 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm). Alcohol is prohibited in City parks or pavilions.
