Online Utility Payment System Down June 26-July 6
The City of Rowlett is currently upgrading its main utility billing software, therefore utility bill payments will not be able to be made online, through the automated Netbills service, or via the automated phone service from June 26 thru July 6. Read on...
City Offices & Some Facilities Closed Monday, July 6
City of Rowlett offices will be closed on Monday, July 6 in observation of Independence Day. This includes the Community Centre, Municipal Court and Animal Shelter. The Library will be open and Waste Management will conduct garbage collection.
